Hey, love! I'm Claire, business mentor, somatic practitioner and yoga teacher. I love working with soul-led female founders who are here to lead beautiful, conscious businesses - I call it doing business the divine way!

Creating a more magical life
I spent the first few decades of my career in corporate marketing roles, climbing my way up the not-so-fulfilling ladder. Whilst I loved my job as a marketer, in the last few years I became disillusioned with the workings of the corporate world.
Meanwhile, my own life was becoming more magical. I discovered the magic of the divine feminine, yoga and started delving deeper into my own dharma - life purpose - which is why you'll see crystals and the like in my own messaging!
In January 2023 I created my business Claire Sophia to support to other female founders who want support in getting more strategic with their marketing and shining brightly whilst doing so - goddess knows the world needs more of our magic! 🌟
Some magical life facts about me 🪄
🌟 At age 7 I met the Chuckle Brothers - they sang the song 'Claire' to me (no, I didn't know it either!)
🌟 As a child, when I grew up I actually wanted to work with animals - my first job was working in a kennels and cattery that I worked at through my teens which I loved!
🌟 I am now vicariously living my dream career of dog trainer through having my very own 'big dog with big feelings' - a 50kg German Shepherd, Loki! He is my total soul dog (who has his very own Instagram too!)
🌟 As my spiritual path started to unfold I felt the call to share more magic with other people - I trained in cacao ceremony facilitation and began an 18 month journey of yoga teacher training. I now run regular yoga classes as well as women's circles and retreat days (follow @clairesyogilife for that kinda magic!)
🌟 I was once hypnotised onstage by none other than spiritual de-bunker Derren Brown. Ironic, much?!
